A Well Check is aimed at providing support to you by checking in to debrief around matters that you have worked on, which can often prevent little problems from becoming bigger. Individual conversations remain confidential in manner, whereby Ashurst receive feedback on broad themes across all Well Checks. No individual is identified in a Well Check process. This allows for Ashurst to develop further wellbeing strategies for support.
